Sagar Amrut Scholarships for Forum for India–Pacific Islands Cooperation (FIPIC) Countries.  

India is a trusted partner for capacity building needs of the Pacific Island nations and under the Sagar Amrut initiative, India is responding with renewed impetus to the specific training and capacity building needs of the PIC  states and is offering 200 fully funded scholarship slots each year to participants from the 14 PIC states over the  next 5 years.
